1. How can I search for a product?

Enter the product name you are looking for in the search box... or click on the + button to open the search box with the filter system.

2. How can I see the price reserved for me?

Once logged in, hover your mouse over the list price of the product to see, calculated in real time, the price reserved for you.

3. How can I see the available products?

If a product has a green or yellow dot the quantity is available and ready for the shipment, if the dot is red the product is not in stock but it can still be ordered. Restock times may vary depending on the publisher/producer.

Out of stock and discontinued products can be viewed by checking the Out of Catalogue filter in the search box.

4. How can I place and modify an order?

To place an order, enter x quantity in the cell and click ADD TO CART.

Go to the shopping cart and review your order. Attention: until you click on PROCEED WITH THE ORDER the product is not ordered, but only saved as a reminder in your shopping cart. If you want to confirm the quantities, click on PROCEED WITH THE ORDER. You will find the details of the orders placed on the YOUR ORDERS page in your personal area.

If the product is available, we reserve the required quantities immediately. If the product is temporarily unavailable, we will order it especially for you.

Once the order is placed, it is possible to cancel or modify it independently until midnight in the YOUR ORDERS page. Cancellations beyond this time limit are not possible unless approved by the sales department (send an e-mail to commerciale@manicomix.it to forward your request).

5. Where do I see my orders?

On YOUR ORDERS page of the personal area, you can control your active orders. The system automatically filters orders placed within the last calendar year; to see the complete list, you must deselect the Start Date filter.

The list shows the status of the order:

- ORDERED: the product is not available and has been ordered from the supplier

- AVAILABLE: the product is available and ready to be shipped

- COLLECTED: the product has been shipped (visible with the appropriate flag)

- CANCELLED: the order has been cancelled (visible with the appropriate flag)

6. How can I request a shipment?

The shipment can be requested from YOUR ORDERS page using the REQUEST A SHIPMENT FOR AVAILABLE ITEMS button.

All products in AVAILABLE status will be included in the shipment. You can see the total amount of goods ready for shipment in the green AVAILABLE PRODUCTS box (showing the discounted total).

7. Where do I see my invoices?

In the personal area you will find YOUR INVOICES page with the list of invoices issued to your company name, with the possibility of downloading them in PDF and Excel format.

Similarly, on YOUR TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS page you can consult and download transport documents.

8. How can I place an order from a catalogue?

The ORDER FROM CATALOGUE page allows you to order the new products presented on Anteprima and on Manicomix Catalogue of the related month.

Once you have selected the catalogue, you can filter your search results by Publisher/Producer or by Product Category. Check if you have an active backorder for the item and enter the quantities you are interested in, then click ADD TO CART. Check your cart and place the order. From YOUR ORDERS page you can check that the quantities have been entered correctly.

 

9. How does the Calendar work?

In the personal area you can consult the deadline calendar.

The invoice due date is shown in red, the promotion deadline date in blue. Consult the calendar to keep up with all useful information.
